In its fourteenth successive year UK-CCL has come to the unyielding resolution to focus on the implementation of Quality Management Standard (QMS 2005) on all providers of Further & Higher Education and Training, internationally. UK-CCL seeks to work with all profession and vocational institutions & organisations in the voluntary, governmental and non-governmental sectors. The governors of UK-CCL have seen an increasing demand for Quality  and new learning methods. However, this rapid growth in demand has often saturated the market with poor quality initiatives. In such circumstances, professional organisations and vocational establishments constantly look for quality assessment. It can be proudly confirmed that UK-CCL fills this particular gap.

The Quality Management Standards 2005 (UK-CCL QMS 2005) is an assurance given to governments, academics, professional bodies, professionals, candidates, employers, and educational establishments that the services rendered is in compliance with quality standards and best practices of UK-CCL. The Quality Management 2005 is in recognition of excellence and good practice achieved and maintained by individuals and institutions.

The aim of UK-CCL is not only to enrich learning but also to preserve quality delivery. As such, UK-CCL strives to adopt appropriate methods of learning to suit individual circumstances. Whilst we pay homage to Darwin for his theory of evolution, parallel tribute should be paid to the Founder President and Honorary Governor Prof. Ralph J Thomas for his eminent visualisation of this vital vision, mission and theory, which he has been involved in, since 1989.

This method of assessment and validation in elevating professional and vocational experiences and skills to a recognised Professional and Vocational Qualification will boost the morale of individuals and productivity of employers internationally. Thus the birth of a most modern theory ‘Education for Career Evolution’- a revolution far from the old oratory. The old school of thought paradoxically predicted gloom on new concepts like Education for Career Evolution’. The tangible truth is that it is fast becoming a reality and is being accepted worldwide.
