Representatives

Representatives of UK-CCL have a crucial leading role in the delivery of its vision and mandate. UK-CCL is represented in various regions. Each region is comprised of many territories. Each Region is headed by a Regional Commissioner and assisted by Provincial Directors. The Regional Commissioner nominates the Provincial Directors in consultation with the UK-CCL Commissioner General.

The main activities of the representatives are:

  • To gather relevant information/data for UK-CCL to achieve its objectives and to implement them locally.
  • To facilitate the global policies of UK-CCL in the regions and enlist the support of interested people at all levels.
  • To assist in the development of policies and programmes on global and regional levels on educational and professional issues with specific assistance from Local Governments;
  • To provide advisory services on a global scale to help Governments translate commitments on educational and professional qualifications to facilitate domestic economic growth.
  • To raise public awareness of Professional & Vocational Qualification Standards and to create consistency in Professional Education.
  • To collaborate with like-minded institutions, non-governmental organisations and the private sector to achieve the global objectives of UK-CCL.
  • To jointly offer Certified Membership of Professional Organisations  of UK namely the Business Management Association (BMA), the Corporation of Executives and Administrators (CEA), the Institute of Cost and Executive Accountants (ICEA), the Association of Financial Controllers and Administrators (AFCA) and the Association of Certified Book Keepers (ACB).
